Bio

Rachel Thomson is a 2019 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where she played four years of NCAA Division I Field Hockey for the Wildcats. During her collegiate career, she helped lead UNH to four America East Tournament appearances, including a championship game appearance in 2017. Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Kinesiology and Coaching.
A 2015 graduate of Reading Memorial High School (Reading, MA), Rachel was a standout multi-sport athlete. She holds the school’s career and single-season records for goals, assists, and points in field hockey, and captained both the lacrosse team and the school’s first-ever state championship-winning ice hockey team. She also played club field hockey for Seacoast from 2011–2015.
Since 2021, Rachel has worked full time at 3STEP Sports and began coaching part-time for Seacoast Field Hockey in 2022. In addition to her coaching career, she is a Certified Personal Trainer and fitness instructor.
